Saffron is known as Afghanistan's red gold, and Afghan saffron has won international awards. We can offer Negin-grade saffron of Grade A quality, with a color strength of over 250—at a really good price.
Unlike many saffron products, which include the yellow parts of the stamen, this contains only the red parts from the stigma of the saffron crocus flowers, which provide the intense saffron color and flavor.
Saffron can be used in, among other things, Lucia bread and Easter bread, or in paella, risotto, aioli, bouillabaisse, or chicken with rice.
