Pistachios, raw baby from Afghanistan
- In stock, ready to ship
The raw pistachios are small, unshelled, and have an intense flavor and beautiful green and purple colors. Harvested by farmers in Herat and Samagan provinces, where they also grow wild. Use them in dishes, salads, or as snacks.
We also have them roasted and salted.
The pistachios come from the company Ziba Foods (new window), which works directly with small farms and cooperatives in Afghanistan and buys products of the highest quality. They are sorted by hand and meet high food safety standards (HACCP). All products are also tested in Denmark.
